Ok, this is probably the quickest, most easy, not to mention healthy & tasty, lunch I've ever made! It can be pretty versatile as well.
- Pre cooked grilled chicken strips cut into chunks
- 1 over ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tbsp Marzetti avocado ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded ff cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together with a fork in a mixing bowl
- Put on bread, crackers, lettuce cups or whatever you want and stuff in your mouth!
