This was super easy to make, is versatile and will keep for a while!
- 3 cups chopped green tomatoes
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- Pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 habanero (seeds included)
- Olive oil
- Add everything but onions and oil into a blender or food processor.
- Pulse together until all ingredients are blended and you have a chunky consistency. Add oil and pulse one more time to blend.
- Pour into a bowl and mix in onions.
- Store in a mason jar with secure lid.
