Green Tomato Salsa Verde 

This was super easy to make, is versatile and will keep for a while! 
 
**Ingredients**
  • 3 cups chopped green tomatoes 
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion 
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • 1/2 cup lime juice 
  • Pinch of sugar 
  • 1 tsp of salt 
  • 1 tsp cumin 
  • 1/2 habanero (seeds included) 
  • Olive oil 
  1. Add everything but onions and oil into a blender or food processor. 
  2. Pulse together until all ingredients are blended and you have a chunky consistency. Add oil and pulse one more time to blend. 
  3. Pour into a bowl and mix in onions. 
  4. Store in a mason jar with secure lid.
