**Kabobs**
- Med shrimp (about 4-4 per kabob) I bought 1 lb and used about half for two ppl
- 1 salmon filet (skin off)
- Pineapple chunks (i used pre cut from Publix)
- Sweet & Spicy sauce
- Cut salmon into bite sized chunks and cut pineapple pieces in half.
- Marinate salmon, shrimp and pineapple in sauce for about 30 min. (Use half the sauce and save other half for later)
- Skewer the salmon and pineapple together then the shrimp and pineapple together.
- Grille on 375 for about 7 minutes per side.
- Serve over rice, alone or with the bacon risotto balls like I did! Use the remaining sauce to drizzle on top, dip, or whatever I don't care.
