I made this chicken last night and it was SO delicious!!! And easy as well. I served it with Parmesan truffle risotto and sautéed green beans.
I believe it's the Pioneer Woman's recipe but I found it in a blog via Pinterest. The blog is extremely wordy with a lengthy story about cancer attached to this recipe.
